Friend and music promoter Duane Levi has been working hard hard in Japan the last few years to bring the best possible foreign music acts to the shores of Japan. The Kansai Music Conference is the spawn of his efforts and it will come to fruition Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, the 20 in Osaka.
